Terms of use
Last updated October 2, 2026
By using ReceiptCSV you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.
The service
ReceiptCSV converts receipt PDFs and photos into CSV and Excel files inside your browser. Extraction is automatic and can be wrong — especially for photos and unusual layouts. Always check the output against the original receipt before relying on it for bookkeeping or tax filings. ReceiptCSV is not tax, legal or accounting advice.
Free tier and purchases
- The free tier includes a small number of conversions per day per browser and may change.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases; one credit converts one receipt file. Credits don't expire.
- The unlimited plan is a monthly subscription billed by Stripe. Cancel any time from your Stripe receipt; it stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Purchases are tied to the browser you bought in because there are no accounts. If something goes wrong, contact us with your Stripe receipt.
- If a conversion doesn't work for a receipt you paid for, ask for a refund — we'd rather refund than argue.
Acceptable use
Only convert documents you have the right to process. Don't attempt to abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the paid features.
Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
